(1) This Act may be called as the “Commission of Inquiry Act, 2026(1969)”.
(2) This Act shall extend throughout Nepal.
(3) It shall come into force immediately.
This Act came into force on 15 Jestha 2065 (28 June 2008), “Prasati” and the word “Kingdom” has
been deleted.
